Visiting Faculty

Ms. Kirti Gupta is the Visiting Faculty (Law & Forensic Science) at Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science, affiliated to National Forensic Science University, (An Institution of National Importance). Ms. Gupta is an accomplished criminal lawyer and serves as the head of the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science at TSA Law Firm. She earned her LL.M. Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, IP University, bringing a wealth of legal knowledge to her practice.

Ms. Gupta has rendered her legal expertise and legal assistance to Delhi Police and during her tenure she has also given trainings to Delhi Police officials on Criminal Law, Investigation and Forensic Science and has received appreciation from the officials of Delhi Police.  

Ms Gupta has also successfully handled Several Criminal Trials, argued Appeals and Bail Matters in Trial Courts as well as in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Ms. Gupta's impressive career includes roles as a Legal Consultant/Panel Lawyer at the Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of N.C.T, Delhi, as well as her valuable contributions to the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. Her commitment to legal education is evident through her role as a Guest Lecturer at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, U.P., and her past engagement as a Guest Lecturer at Royal College of Law, Ghaziabad, U.P.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Kirti Gupta is deeply dedicated to serving society through legal awareness initiatives. She has conducted numerous programs on "Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012", "Juvenile Justice Act, 2015" and “Protection of woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005” at various NGOs in Delhi.

Her expertise primarily lies in cases related to sexual offenses and POCSO cases and her commitment extends to educating students, as she has delivered lectures on the POCSO Act to school students at DLSA, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi. Furthermore, she conducted a workshop on the "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013" for women police officials at Prashant Vihar Police Station, Delhi.

In addition to her legal advocacy and educational contributions, Ms. Kirti Gupta has conducted significant research in various areas, including the acquittal and conviction rates in POCSO cases in Delhi, and also conducted FDP in Forensic Nursing at Rufaida College of Nursing , Jamia Hamdard and IIMT College  as a Resource Person. Ms Kirti Gupta's multifaceted career and unwavering commitment to legal excellence, education, and social welfare make her a distinguished figure in the legal community.
