Dr. Arushi Chawla

Dr. Arushi Chawla is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of Forensic Science and academia. Currently, she holds the position of HOD & Assistant Professor at Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science. She has been leading and inspiring students and faculty since 2020. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Chawla is also known for her prestigious position as Chair at the Toronto Forensic Institute and her role as the CEO and Founder of PenMyResearch. Dr. Chawla's journey in academia began with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from K. M. Shah Dental College and Hospital. She continued to expand her knowledge with a Master's in Forensic Odontology from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar and a PhD in Forensic Science. She is not only an academic but also a prolific researcher, with several publications to her name, covering topics ranging from human identification through gum analysis to nanotechnology in biofuel production. Her dedication and contributions to the field have been recognized with awards, including the Best Woman Faculty Award at the National Forensic Summit in 2023 and the Best Woman Researcher Award at Parul University. Apart from her academic and research endeavors, Dr. Chawla is actively involved in various affiliations, including her role as the Chair at the Toronto Forensic Institute and as a Speaker at the Glorious Foundation.
