Students of Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science (NFSU Affiliated) had the enriching opportunity to visit the 10th Police Expo, 6th CCTV Expo, and the Drone Expo held from 31st July to 1st August.

The expo showcased cutting-edge advancements in security, surveillance, and forensic technology, ranging from modern policing equipment and advanced CCTV systems to specialized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Students explored a diverse array of digital surveillance tools, body-worn cameras, and forensic kits, while also gaining first hand exposure to tactical drones designed for search-and-rescue, aerial reconnaissance, and crowd management.

Beyond hardware, the visit provided insights into video forensics, real-time monitoring, and the growing role of AI and autonomous flight in smart policing. Interactions with industry experts and drone pilots further enhanced their understanding of how these evolving technologies are shaping the future of modern law enforcement and forensic investigations.
