Mr. Aman Kumar Yadav is the Visiting Faculty (Law & Forensic Science) at Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science, affiliated to National Forensic Science University, (An Institution of National Importance). Ms. Gupta is an accomplished criminal lawyer and serves as the head of the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science at TSA Law Firm. She earned her LL.M. Currently, Mr. Aman Kumar Yadav serves as the Head of the Fingerprint Department at FSL Delhi.
He holds the position of Senior Scientific Officer (Lie-Detection) at the Forensic Science Laboratory.
Mr. Aman Kumar Yadav is a qualified Finger Print Expert from the Central Finger Print Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, with over 26 years of experience in Crime Investigation.
He has examined and reported on more than 1000 cases, covering various aspects of Crime Investigation and Deception Detection for entities such as Delhi Police, CBI, District Courts, High Court, and other state investigation agencies. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the Fingerprint Division and Brain Fingerprint Division at FSL Delhi. He also successfully renamed the 'Lie Detection Division' to the 'Forensic Psychology Division,' reflecting his transformative impact in the field.His expertise extends to the induction of modern technology, including Forensic Psychology Assessment, Crime Scene Profiling, Psychological Autopsy, and Layered Voice Stress Analysis, among others.
Mr. Aman Kumar Yadav has contributed significantly to the field by providing psychological assessments using various techniques, including Polygraph Tests, Brain Fingerprint Tests, Narco Tests, and Psychological Voice Stress Analysis, to support Crime Investigation at FSL Delhi. He has personally examined more than 5000 crime scenes, demonstrating unparalleled hands-on expertise. Moreover, he excels in Finger Print Development and lifting Fingerprints from Crime Scenes, matching them with criminal records using advanced technologies such as AFIS, Laser, Forensic Light Sources, and various chemicals.
His influence extends to committee roles in C-DAC, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and the Academic Council at the National Forensic Science University. He serves as a Technical Expert Committee member in several organizations, including CBI and the Directorate of Forensic Science.
Mr. Aman Kumar Yadav is a dedicated educator, having imparted training in Finger Print Science and Forensic Psychology to a diverse audience, including doctors, judges, prosecution officers, police personnel, forensic experts, and students.
